List identifier

Column that uniquely identifies each property. When you re-import data, rows are matched on this so your hidden rows and customer responses survive.

Pin popup fields

Selection column

Adds a checkbox column for selecting rows. Use with column ⋮ → "Edit selected values" to bulk-edit only the chosen rows.

Popup display

Choose which fields appear as the title and subtitle on map pin popups. Auto-detects address-like columns by default.

Pin styles

Colour pins by rules. Top rule wins on conflict. Drag to reorder. Default: Colliers navy.

Base layer popup fields

Which columns to show when clicking a base-layer pin on the map. Defaults to title, address, suburb, and property type if available.

Detail view images

Pick which image columns appear in the full-screen detail view gallery. URLs are deduplicated automatically. If none are ticked, all image columns are used.

Detail view title

Which fields head the full-screen record page. If left as auto-detect, the title falls back to the first non-blank text field.

Hide from detail view

Tick fields you don't want shown in the full-screen record view (the ⊞ button on each row). They still appear in the grid.

View state

Hides, sticky columns, sort, grouping and image-column overrides auto-save with the list. Use the CSV menu \u2192 "Export data + view" to embed view settings in a CSV file.
